Kudler’s is definitely willing to work hard for its success, but it will need more resources to get to its desired market position. There are many areas that can seek improvement, even if they are small steps to improve future customer relations or low risk ideas. As stated in their website, Kudler’s advertises by the newspaper in the local cities. This is a good start for people to get deals and insight to what the store is offering. This is an area in which they could fix. The newspaper is a little behind in the times, many stores have their coupons and savings from the newspaper already at the store, so you can walk around and read the specials and browse the store simultaneously. This is good for customer relations, since they know that they can trust the store to inform them of any deals and specials that they might miss if

they do not get a paper. The internet would be a great place to advertise and for cheaper. Giving people the option to sign up for an email subscription of some sort, which will give them special member deals or savings, is a great way to change their advertising angle. There are many business strategies and tactics, but as far as Kudler’s goes, they are on the right path. Since they opened, they have been progressing in the right direction. The Kudler’s organization has many great strengths, but as like every other company in the market, they are accompanied by weaknesses. They are a small organization with little competition, but dealing with mainly perishables can be costly and as well as high pay-roll employees. Their strategy is
