Face to face is the key element in the program’s success, without such interaction the program fails to be effective. The methods that are carried out require skilled, trained, objective facilitators that maintain the integrity of the program. A comparative case study provides an assessment of methodological quality of the studies, which reviews 16 studies; six which would be excluded due to failure in randomization and other flaws within the integrity of the research (Sherman, Strang, Mayo-Wilson, Woods, & Ariel, 2014).
