He is worried about his obligations as a manager and is just trying to do what he thinks is best for the company. Although the company would be at stake of closing, I think that Frank should follow through with his decision of telling. I do not think that the company is stable enough to survive anyway. With all the financial issues that it is facing, it might as well be shut down because of all the substantial hardships the people in some of the communities where mills are placed are facing. This is not fair to those people and they shouldn’t be going through that. The company itself lacks structure and competence. For them to lie on the report and go as far as to state that the company will have severe financial problems if forced into building a lagoon for waste water

treatment for their internal purposes is beyond pitiful. Tina completely fabricated the numbers for the operating costs to make it seem as though the company will be pushed to bankruptcy instead of taking responsibilities for their actions. This goes to show how incompetent and unethical they are as a company. If I was Frank I would have talked to an attorney about this issue and hopefully we can come up with a solution to resolve everything. The company would probably suffer major losses,
