Chick-fil-A know who to go for different sections of the store. With having a tier structure team members know who they need to go to with problems, concerns or even ideas to help the business. As a higher management director, I know which leader or manager I need to go to with different problems or new ideas of the business. This also helps me keep all my leaders accountable for their daily tasks and responsibilities that should be done. While Chick-fil-A is a corporation and our corporate makes most decisions, like new rollouts and training procedures. It is our responsible as a store to make sure we are meeting those expectations and serving our guests to our full potential to make sure we serve the brand of Chick-fil-A. Having an organizational structure in our store has helped us succeed in meeting Chick-fil-A expectations and standards. 4
