Thus, the architecture may also align with other actors in order to have one single system for all business processes. Finally, the EA must be able to support the customer in identifying their own problem, while at the same time minimizing complexities as well as the burden of choice. When a customer is exposed to several choices, this makes satisfaction rates higher. Thus, this EA must have the capability to simplify the navigation of Adidas product assortment from the perspective of th customer.
