Assessing communication reaction is another area to
consider.
Does a person withdraw?
Does a person react?
People have tendencies to do one or the other and it is
a pattern that is established and takes time to change
(Keyton, Caputo, Ford, Fu, Leibowitz, Liu, Polasik,
Ghosh, & Wu, 2013).
