The company should buy from the supplier who sells products at low prices, and they should also consider the shipping time of the goods. Marketing is essential for every business, and choosing the right strategies for marketing is also necessary, and Loblaws should increase its marketing activities (Waters, 2019). Customers like to get things at fewer prices so the company should have seasonal sales on the products, and that is called price markdowns. The company can provide discounts on some occasions, or they can offer discounts after the purchase of a certain amount such as spending five hundred dollars they can get 10% discounts on the items (Blanchard, 2017). Loblaws should also use social media for the promotion of their stores because this is the most common mode of marketing these days. Apart from that, if they are in an area where most people speak other than the English language they should have promotion activities in that language and store should have signboards in that language (Cunha, 2018). Current trends Nowadays, grocery retailers attract customer more towards frozen food; they are claiming that these foods are healthy, and better in the quality. As this is the era of technology, every business is online these days, so every grocery company is also opting for e-commerce. They sell both in the stores and through online websites. They also deliver products at home, so the customer does not even go to the stores (Taylor, 2018).
