§3. Mandatory Fellowship among the bona fide students of BSBA Major in Legal Management may be imposed, but only through and with the written consent, collaboration, and joint enforcement of the SBA’s management, accountancy, and law professors. Without implied or expressed exceptions, the Mandatory Fellowship clause may only be imposed if one or all the following circumstances shall arise: A. If there will be no admission of BSBA LM freshmen students during the academic year due to the implementation of the Republic Act No. 10533 “Enhanced Basic Education Act of 2013” or colloquially known as the “K to 12 Enhanced Basic Education Program” or other current and future analogous cases of the same nature. B. If the admitted LM fellows are less than seventy percent (70%), rounded up, of the entire BSBA LM student population after the first half of the first semester of the academic year, consequently, such occurrence may be a justification under Article IV Section 16.

§4. Unless otherwise stated, the following are the rights and privileges of the Fellows: A. Right to attendance and active participation in all Assemblies and activities. B. Right to express ideas and opinions absent of malice, slander, libel or misrepresentation without fear of discrimination. C. Right to file letters (Art. VIII Sec.1 A-L) D. Right to one vote E. Right to run for office F. Right to demand the disclosure of specific information relevant to one’s personal interest or that of the organization subject to limitations. §5. Unless otherwise stated, the following are the duties and responsibilities of the Fellows: A. Duty to pay the approved Fellowship Fee of the Academic Year. B. Duty to know and comply with the Constitution, documents, and other regulations set by the Officers. C. Duty to attend all Assemblies. D. Duty to participate on all activities conducted. §6. There are three types of Fellowship: Official, Honorary, and Patronal. §7. An Official Fellow is a person who: A. Is a bona fide student of HAU-SBA; and, B. Has fully paid the approved Fellowship Fee for the Academic Year. §8. The term of Official Fellows shall commence once the Fellowship Fee for the Academic Year has been fully paid, subject to Article IV Section 11, and shall terminate at the end of the Academic Year. §9. An Honorary Fellow must be a person of good moral character, and is of good standing in the community who had made not merely substantial but significant contributions to the organization and its members through service as either:

A. A prominent member of the legal profession, and/or B. A prominent person from another sector of the University or Community, and/or C. A Juris Orbis alumnus who served as a fellow or an officer. §10. An Official Resolution recognizing an Honorary Fellow is given after he is selected or nominated, and voted in favor upon by the majority of the Officers and officially invited to be part of JO. Only an Official Resolution may end his indefinite term.
