In some markets, Toyota makes use of print media while in other it makes use of broadcast media. Celebrities from different countries should be collaborated to promote the product. As soon as the product becomes approachable to maximum consumers, they all will try to take trials and the product will get fame and appreciation easily. To develop and strengthen brand equity, loyalty towards consumer’s choices and opinions must be shown. In a nutshell, the choice of media addressed above demonstrates effective performance in delivering quality services to all customers. The process of marketing is not easy until the right media is brought on board. That means Toyota will have to ensure media selection is reviewed frequently. Media review is important as it ensures that any change of plans is factored in the systems and aid in the achievement of all marketing objectives. Customers are expecting a lot from companies and it is the role of the company to ensure that product information gets to customers quickly and in an efficient manner. Broadcast and stream media have changed things in the marketing world because customers are now able to review products in an efficient manner and ask any question through the set interactive platforms in place. The marketing campaign is done in every retail and franchise starting from Japan where Toyota is headquartered. The campaign is made to coordinate communication activities from headquarters to all branches based on the target markets. Communication breakdown is destructive an IMC limits all loopholes which can hinder effective promotional activities from taking place.
