The wider public will be reached mainly through media, highlighting results from studies undertaken by the center and through attention brought to researchers’ involvement in committee-work and public debate on issues pertaining to the research of the center. The public will also be targeted through open seminars and confer- ences as well as through the regular dissemination and marketing of research. There are three main chanels/methods for the dissemination of research: a. Academic publications . Publication in interna- tional, peer-reviewed journals of high quality is an important means of distributing research results and to take part in the international development of knowledge, debate and discourse within the field, as is book publication in national and international vol- umes, and monographs published by specialized academic publishers, that have access to powerful tools for dissemination. Important outlets for research will be journals and Book series edited or connected with REMESO staff. This includes an e-based , already existing, scientific report series , Themes , hosted by REMESO and the development of a REMESO Book Series . b. e-based communication and internet. This form of communication will be designed to suit and reach all the relevant target groups. A REMESO website will be developed and continuously updated with information about seminars, conferences, new publications and political developments, both events directly linked to REMESO activities and information per- taining to migration, economy and society at large. To enhance communication and exchange of knowl- edge the site will include an list of relevant links and connection to relevant databases, accessible for researchers, journalists and authorities. The webb-site will host several restricted and interactive sections targeted at major collaborative projects and R&D projects targeted at specific stakeholders. Through selective editions of a Bi- monthly e-mail based newsletter , special reports and booklets on urgent topics as well as the Annual Report targeting media organisations, educators, authorities, political actors and NGO:s, as well as researchers, REMESO will have a set of powerful tools for disseminating its research and for informing about upcoming arrange- ments.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
