What Can Make An Effective Government Surveillance? Able to track down specifically where the cyber crime is occurring via bypassing their sophisticated IP spoofing software. Tracks down the sex traffickers and rescue the victims through pinpointing their phones via location regardless of it being off. Ensuring the recruits can pass the vigorous psychological and emotional tests to ensure the prevention of deviancy. Close the law loopholes that allows cyber crimes go undetected. Increase the numbers of recruits; higher number of skilled legal hackers can help downplay the cyber criminals.
