Huffman Trucking must make sure that they are on top of the pricing and marketing side of their business, since that is the way they make business possible for them, by offering the best prices for the quality of service they can provide. Also since this company is spread over different states, they must have their network at full scale. They must have everything reported and sized up with each of the other plants and offices to assure that the company is all up to date and can plan for the future. Since they must stay connected with both company affiliates and customers, their networking must be something they focus on. These roles with in the business can be critical when they are not performed right. If the information is not current with each office, this can cause a problem from building to building. As well as the networking up to speed, the marketing and pricing of Huffman Trucking can really make or break the company. With the wrong pricing and marketing to the wrong target group, the company will not see the expected work load and be beaten by competitors. This is why the
