You are told very clearly and you have studied in most jobs to be able to do your job.v.Contains Precision, speed, un-ambiguity, knowledge, unity, produces less friction and is low cost:B.Authority: there is always a misuse of the bureaucratic model because of authority, power, and moneyi.Rational-Legal Authority: the authority of an individual that is given to him by the society. ii.Traditional Authority:not from legal system but from you traditions. Example: pope, priest, bishops. They don’t have legal authority of individuals but have influence in your religion and the actions and decisions you make they influence you along.iii.Charismatic Authority:nothing to do with the law, religion, tradition. It’s the authority you have over other individuals. Example: Martin Luther Kind Jr. He could rule a mob in dangerous situations. He had so many followers listening to him and following him. Hitler is another example even though he had terrible intentions people still followed him and listened to his every word.
