She have all the resources and knowledge for the expansion. By choosing Beth you should talk to Alice by assuring her that if there will be another project that suits to her, definitely you will choose her over the other. 7. Even though you want to encourage them to get out of their comfort zone, you don't want to push them further than they're ready for.
