Another point that can be made is that outputs very fromone employee to the next. Some employees can turnout more product thenothers within a man hour. Using the average output per man hour really isn’t anaccurate number per shift. One other output that would be hard to measure isthe service industry. Onceinterest in the program is shown, admissions must interview and make offers.
