God son died so we can have a chance in life, and so many people take life for granted. God intended on us to treat our lives as precious as his sons. God did not have to create this world for us, we could be nonexistence right now, but that is not the case. I truly believe if the world took what God has been trying to get us to see and understanding since the beginning, the world would be a much better place and so many bad things would not be taken place. You have business that conduct certain tasks which we consider unethical in the business world. Customers, stockholders, stakeholders, vendors, employees trust the company they deal with but sometimes that trust can be broken. I work in banking, unethical things seems to be happening more in that industry. It seems that the top manager is being pressured so they are putting extra pressure on their employees. Every bank wants customers, that is a fact, but customers wants to bank with someone whom they feel the most comfortable with. My ethical and unethical practices I will discuss are the Bank of Wells Fargo and U.S. Bank.Ethical Practices #1: U.S. Bank recognized by the Ethisphere Institute for the third consecutive year.
