The benefit to having employees from various cultures and backgrounds comes will provide many experiences and talents that can influence the accomplishments of any organization’s goals. The various backgrounds at work can “create many new employee issues and problems, and this can represent both a challenge and an opportunity for businesses” (Lawrence &Weber, 2017, pp. 348-349). Focusing what brings employees with different backgrounds together versus what sets them apart, will bring much strength to any organization’s effectiveness. Conclusion There is no room for discrimination especially with Christian leaders because the fear of God will serve as a reminder that we are all equal and created with a purpose. “The need to create organizational environments receptive to diversity is therefore greater than ever” (Stevens, Plaut, & Sanchez-Burks, 2008, p. 117). For as every individual lives and breathes, each one of us was created with a plan to fulfill that will benefit one another. A scripture that embraces diversity is
seen in Galatians 3:28 which states “there is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus” (NIV). “It is important for Christian leaders to make time to care for their employees, the community, and environment; knowing that God will take care of their company” (Fischer Presentation 4, 2011).
