because in my sport you do need that constant exercise to be a top contender. Lab 5B I believe that flexibility, coordination, reaction time, and balance all require low fitness. I believe that agility, power, balance and speed all require marginal fitness. I also believe that car- diovascular fitness, strength, body composition, and muscular endurance all require good fitness. I am pretty confident in these estimates to be accurate because many of them I have worked on throughout my daily life and I realized that some of them come to you more naturally than oth- ers. I believe coordination requires low fitness because I have met plenty of very fit people who have no coordination whatsoever. I believe that speed requires marginal fitness because to be fast
you have to be somewhat fit, however some people are naturally just faster than others and re- gardless of how much you work on it you may never be as fast as someone who doesn’t work on raw speed at all. I believe that cardiovascular fitness requires good fitness because it is some- thing that you need to work at to improve upon, and the more you work at it the higher your fit- ness levels will be.
