CBA also keep contact with other stakeholders like people from services providers and academics. CBA also has surveys and questionnaire for customers, employees, investors and suppliers. The conflicts that could happen between stakeholders, such as between customers and employees: customers don t agree and feel dissatisfied about the financial services, or between employees and managers: employees don t agree on the salaries they receive and go on strike, force managers to raise their salaries

Vietinbank also ensure the growth rate of shareholde rs capital accounts. Furthermore, Vietinbank make sure that all the shareholders can able to continue in Vietinbank business - Employees: Vietinbank need to make sure that it can guarantee the salaries to pay for the employees and safety of employees. Moreover, Vietinbank need to measure every employee performance, so it can select talent individuals to promote them and improve bank services - Trade unions: Vietinbank need to solve all the problems that its employees have and come out solutions for every problem, also, the trade unions need to taking part in meetings of Vietinbank to making important decisions
