The aim of this paper is to give emphasis on the principles and people under sex-biased/ stereotyping in the field of technical vocational education. In a particular workplace, equity plays a crucial role for both men and women with regard to sex-biased or gender stereotyping. Social segregation and gender inequality is a continuous existing problem with regards to accessing into public services, development opportunities and the like. These kinds of problems mostly happen to women who are into the vocational field. Thus, ironically as it is, women played also a significant part of the workforce; however, they treat women as of minimal importance that is why their potentials are not realized. Since women are subject to discrimination and stereotyping, most of them land in jobs with low security, low salary rate, and low conditions of work. In the modern-day era, there is still an existence of gender inequality. On one hand, Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) have been considered an instrument for promoting social inclusion. Tilak (2000) gives emphasis to TVET as an antidote in combating disparities in order to
