Plebicites gave most of its industry to Poland. There was a plebecite in Sopron, which decided to stay in hungary. Residents of Vilnius voted to remain in Poland.Belarus and Ukraine were incorporated into the USSR.War between Greece and the ottomans broke out in 1919.
