One of the faults is the means of measurement. For each question the participants can rate themselves on a Agree-Disagree scale. However there are only seven options for the participants to rate themselves. The test could improve by expanding the responses to ten options. However, the test also has some strengths. One of the strengths is the length of the test. The test only takes about twelve minutes and asks very clear, concise questions that allow the examiner to get the data they need. There are not any similar questions or questions that are irrelevant to the model.
16Perosnalites test (all questions were asked on an Agree-Disagree scale) You find it easy to introduce yourself to other people. You often get so lost in thoughts that you ignore or forget your surroundings. You try to respond to your e-mails as soon as possible and cannot stand a messy inbox. You find it easy to stay relaxed and focused even when there is some pressure. You don’t usually initiate conversations. You feel a constant need for something new. You feel more enthusiastic about helping others when your efforts are seen and recognized. Being adaptable is more important to you than being organized. You avoid using public restrooms, unless you absolutely have to. Winning a debate is more important to you than making sure no one gets upset.
