that presents your emerging personal
model of leadership, inspired by
your newly acquired knowledge of
leadership styles, philosophies, and
behaviors portrayed in the readings and
assignments in this course.

The parts involved in creating
your personal leadership style and
philosophy are as follows:
Select the basic values (things that
matter most) that will provide the
foundation of your leadership style/
