how to fix problems that arise and how to delegate their time to the task they want to accomplish. Through this task I am able to use my leadership style to create leaders within other people. It forces them to face challenges they encounter and overcome these challenges, so when they occur again they are prepared to handle them . I have seen this be successful within a project I was leading. In this project I had a group of people together and we needed to complete a presentation together. Instead of taking on many of the tasks that needed to be done I gave each individual a task to complete for the presentation and let them complete it. I did
Leadership Style not “check in” on them while they were completing it but rather let them work on it on their own. During the process of putting all of our information together I allowed everyone to talk about their portion of the presentation and the meaning of the information they compiled. This style was highly successful because it allowed many of the individuals I was working with to face some of their weaknesses and make them more of strength and less of a weakness. Various strategies that I have found successful in order to get people motivated to accomplish certain goals are, by making the process to the goals fun, make the goals realistic and providing clear explanations and reason for accomplishing the goals set in place.
