At “Barn Bistro” we pride ourselves on supporting local neighborhood farms by using raw materials that were acquired within a 200 mile radius of the coffee shop. This provides not only our support to local areas, but it also ensure’s that our consumers are offered only the best and freshest products. From farm to table, the quality of our product will be second to none.Here at “Barn Bistro” we feel that every choice within our small coffee shop should be one that provides a greater impact to the outside world. That is why when deciding our mission statement we wanted to emphasize what it means when consumers decide to support us. We feelthat although simple, our mission statement does just that. “Supporting our community, One cup at a time”.
Although there was once a time where a small business might have trouble entering a highly competitive marketplace like coffee shops, now with inventions like social media it has becomemuch easier to market. Using technology and community events like farmer’s markets and art festivals I feel like we can attract the niche crowd that has felt let down by big business. Word
