leader of the team should play dominant role to clarify roles and responsibilities of team members. This stage can take time since team members show effort to get to know their colleagues. At this step group members of the team analyze problems and look for solutions. According to Project Management Body of Knowledge, project teams use a decision making process, based on a six-phase model. Phases are: 1. Problem Definition 2. Problem Solution Generation 3. Ideas to Action 4. Solution Action Planning 5. Solution Evaluation Planning 6. Evaluation of outcome and Process Specially, in third-phase, ‘’ Ideas to Action’’, team members have to set criteria and evaluate pros and cons of the alternatives in order to choose the best of them. This step is important among the six-phases since group takes organizational complex decisions. It is very important to take group decision because problem solutions are more qualified and effective. The group decision is always more precious than single individual decision. Moreover, the group examines, refuses incorrect aspects and reduces possibility of taking wrong decisions.
