(a)MAINTENANCE OF HEALTH INSURANCE FOR THE MINOR CHILD The parties agreed that Denim John Herman would be in charge of the minor's health care as well as that of the other party. The minor's health insurance shall be part of the child support accorded to Lee Denim, and in case of the termination of the insurance, both parties shall be liable to acquiring adequate health insurance to cater for the health needs of the minor. SEPARATION AGREEMENT 5 monthly support to Sarah to cater for her personal and health needs to take great care of the minor. A total sum of $10,000 shall be paid to Sarah monthly for the rest of her life or for as long as one party lives and this is part of her alimony. The alimony waiver shall be non-modifiable under any circumstances in the court of law according to the two parties. (a)RESERVATION OF JURISDICTION In the parties' dissolution, the court shall reserve jurisdiction over the spousal support issue payable to Sarah (wife) until the court terminates it, one party's death or until remarriage if there is a chance for that in the future. CHAPTER FIVE: DIVISION OF PROPERTY AND DEBT DISTRIBUTION John Denim (Husband) owns some luxury cars and real estates. John shall agree to make Sarah the sole beneficiary of $500,000 Traveler’s insurance policy. Sarah also shall keep the Dino Ferrari while John keeps the rest of the vintage automobiles collections.
