From my examination, I have identified what I feel is two areas of weakness, the attrition rate and small sample size and location. However, this supports the need to conduct a large scale study in order to validate the claim that BREATHE "can be an effective means of reducing nurses' perceived stress" (Hersch et al, 2016, p. 24)
