Once these activities have become successful, the hope is the Outcomes will be less plastic pollution in landfills and the environment as a whole. While there are other companies that produce one of these products, we found we would be the only company in the market to take on this issue as a whole. And advertising campaign which informs and promotes proper recycling methods, such as cleaning recyclables, and what you can and can’t recycle. Also, we can create better infrastructure for recycling within local councils. Business Model For our glass coffee cups target customers are people who drinks more than one cup of coffee per day, like households, office people and young people who study in university or college. Our glass coffee cups is reduce, reuse and recycle. Our coffee cups can be designed to be very small and delicate. There are plenty of colors and patterns to choose from. Can meet the customer’s choice of all ages. It’s very convenient to buy in any shops like supermarket, coffee shops and the convenience stores. There will be many promotions and discounts for our products. Our prices are more competitive. Also, we can making YouTube Channel to increase our income. Promote environmental protection and earning through viewership. And I think the biggest income will from sponsorship. Resources: Why we are the right team for this problem. Because we are young people and we are educated, we are live in a country which has a major waste problem. Our team is passionate about addressing this problem because we see firsthand how plastic waste occurs and we understand how much damage it does to our environment. As young adults who work part time in the retail and hospitality industries, we witness how unsustainable our society is and the impact consumerism has on sustainability.
