organization. The idea of informing within an organization is to provide data and information so that employees can effectively complete their job. Information ensures that an employee is aware of the rules and procedure of an organization. It also eliminates job uncertainty for workers when they are fully informed. It can be done verbally or non-verbally. Verbal messages might be either oral or written. On the other hand, non-verbal messages can be sent via human body language, gestures, posture etc. 2.2. One more essential functionality of communication is persuading a single party by another. In business, management persuades the employees to make certain that employees persuade management so that management accepts their ideas, opinions, and suggestions. The business also communicates with external stakeholders to persuade them. In the other way, persuasion basically means trying to influence the way someone thinks or behaves. There are all kinds of different ways to persuade someone to do something. The ad is using an appeal to emotion. It's associating the soda with being happy, so it's trying to persuade you to buy the soda so you'll be happy like the people in the ad. The students at the debate club are doing something different. Instead of appealing to emotion, they're trying to persuade each other with logical arguments that

use facts and evidence. Being persuasive isn't the same thing as being right. The implied claim in the soda ad is that drinking the soda will give you a lot of friends and make you happy. That's objectively not true. But that kind of advertising can be very persuasive, and a lot of people are influenced by it. 3.0 Importance of communications Communication is an indispensable activity in all organizations. No organizations can think of its existence without effective communication. That is way, Chester Bernard remarked, “the first executive function is to develop and maintain a system of communication”. An organization’s very survival depends on its employees’ ability to communicate with one another and with the members of its environment.
