Lorke ( R & P127 ) The Dean of the Lawrence Scientific School on behalf of the Committee on Studies in the Lawrence Scientific School and the Graduate School of Applied Sciences moved that Engineering 4e be students from the first year of the four year programme in Mining and Metallurgy and that Engineering 16c be substituted for Engineering 16a in the third year of the programme of Mining and Metallurgy. Secretary Meeting of the faculty October 1, 1907 ??? picture text The faculty was called to order at 4.20 P.M. The record of the last meeting was read and approved. The Dean of Harvard College presented the case of R.A. Spare who through a misunderstand- ing did not pay his graduation fee last June and were prayed that the recommendation for his degree be changed from 1907 to 1908 and the he be granted leave of absence. The Dean of Harvard College announced that unless objection were made the petition of Spare would be granted No objection was made. 201 97 members present Case of

Whidden in Philosophy D from D to C+ and moved in order to bring the case before the Faculty that the Dean of the faculty be authorized to make the change requested
