In conclusion, the Allstate Insurance Corporation is financially and operationally stable but unfortunately stuck in a period of stagnation. The lack of growth can be addressed by the continued change efforts to stimulate growth. Breaking out of the recent period of slow growth and stagnation immediate changes in different domains of company’s operations. The problems of downward brand value, outdated business model, insufficient use of online technologies and high staff turnover should be considered as weaknesses of the company as well. In order to address these problems, it seems logical to: (a) continue a path towards the cloud-centered business model, (b) allocate more money on charity and social projects, (c) enhance the internet based route to market channel and (d) leverage modern technologies in target marketing. Moreover, it is also necessary to design various mechanisms and instruments for attracting new customers. The leadership at all levels of Allstate can contribute to the design of specific programs to attract new clients and create special service support for them. In addition, attracting new customers might be also supported by the use of modern technologies in order to get in touch with the target audience. For example, launching some contests among potential
