In most cases, the culture of the various y groups is largely a product of the departments in the firm. The mission of the company is to ensure that it provides housing to low-income earners. However, each of the various departments from the sales team, the marketing team, and the design & architectural departments has independent targets on a daily basis. Written communication is the main set of communication within organizations; however non-verbal communication also plays a critical role. Verbal communication is slightly complex. Baack (2012) states that verbal communication entails both verbal and non-verbal cues such as tone and attitude they become essential in a leadership or a management setting (Baack, 2012). Because of the weaknesses in terms of storage and recording associated with verbal communication, many organizations prefer written communication with verbal communication on the periphery. Each worker has a portal that is created by first creating an email that can only be opened through the company’s portal. The messages are encrypted end-to- end user meaning that messages only reach the person intended for and cannot be used to drive ulterior agendas or motives. The management of the firm is of the opinion that emails are the most appropriate because they are very direct and concise. The emails also create room for the storage of critical information in the form of archives that may be required in the future. For this reason, emails must contain a timestamp.
