Collective Bargaining  – occurs when an employee is represented by a union and they negotiate with  management over the terms of their labor contract. Unions & how supervisors relate  – Supervisors are considered the legal representative of the company what is  collective bargaining  Job enrichment  –(Vertical loading) an attempt to  motivate  employees by giving them opportunity to use range of  their abilities. Job enlargement  – (Horizontal loading) increases the number of tasks without changing the challenge
