Both evaluation methods will be used on this project, quantitative or qualitative data, because both provide important information for evaluation and community engagement, they provide the best overview of the project. Everybody involved on the project will be updated for every change that may happen along the project till the deadline, not only that but as well meetings must be done often to keep everybody on same pace. Contingency Plan Plan in case of delay on the project, which can happen. Staff back up, equipment back up, even facility back up and this one it’s the most important one, cause it’s an outdoor gym and due to weather a covered place is the best option, a short way to solve the problem is to offer a covered place to the clients, long term it’s to build a total covered place so the client can decide where he wants to have their class. Project Progress Time to time a meeting to check the progress of the project will be held, and checked with the milestone set previously at the beginning of the project. Checking what happened and why it’s a way keep everything on tracks, people on charge will need to explain why a change happen on the project, but everything must keep as the original plan. Any need to additional resources must be indicating earlier and all possibilities to be done within the original resource offered have to be studied. Financial control

All spends must be reported and keep checking with original financial plan, any extra spend must be detailed and explained why happened. Evaluation The project ran well, besides some conflicts that happened but everything were solved and the project could be delivered on time. The satisfaction of all involved on the project were high. Self-evaluation Besides the project was a success an improvement must be taken in consideration, mainly on the part of coordinate people, being hard to handle some times with some conflicts which arouse inside the project.
