Project Plan Green Family Garage Revised to accommodate PMBOK® 4 th edition 15 Cost Estimate Green Family Garage Total Estimated Costs Catego ry Estimated Cost Phase 1 $390 Phase 2 $9,384 Phase 3 $8,063 Misc. Costs $0 Total $17,837 Supporting Documentation Constraint The project constraint may be the time of year this project is performed. The weather may make it difficult to stay within the timeline. Dependencie s This project is dependent on the weather, and availability of the contractors involved. A concern regarding this project is wet weather causing sink-age of the foundation into the wet ground, causing structural issues with the garage in later years. Assumptions It is assumed that the designated area for the garage is ready for building due to its partially prepped space. Also assumed is that Cook Construction will build the foundation and complete the concrete work. It is assumed Tingler Electric will complete the electrical work, and East Coast Garage will complete the garage install including the doors, windows and gutters. It is assumed the PM will obtain all permits.
