Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), which was an organization to fight for civil rights for black people and racial advancement. W.E.B Dubois was a courageous leader having that he was a moral agent of change, he boldly criticized racial segregation when he openly challenged Washington's strategy saying it will oppress the black man rather than liberating them. He was a propagandist for black people and he organized protests between 1910 to 1934. We can realize that moral agents of change help advocate the interest of others and fight for other people's right, an example is Dubois promoting the Pan-Africanism agenda and fight for civil rights for the Negros. As moral agents we can investigate the problems facing society and find the solution to the problems we have established, this will set a good example for others to follow. Ordinary people can become agents of moral change if they commit themselves in practicing good moral values, following religious doctrines and cultural practices that conform to good morals. Basing on Michael Tomasello's perspective on morality, we have a 'joint agent' who brings insight to agential roles, he further argues that decisive for the beginning of early humans' is a respect-based proto-morality. He then claims that it then 'scaled-up' to group morality in modern

humans. Tomasello also claims that we began to think of characteristically moral ways then we developed ideas of respect, commitment, and desert. He gives us theory from paleontology to psychology in roughly the period of 400,000 to 150,000 years ago, where our ancestors developed distinguishing forms of collaboration and they evolved mechanisms to give them support. Moral agents of change through their moral judgment have helped in the development of social aspect, also it has helped promote good mannerism among individuals who have a positive attitude towards moral change. Through influential leaders, these moral values have become widespread and highly recommended in many societies.
