Once added, you will be prompted to specify an amount. For each ingredient, make sure to select the Dinner option. Once all ingredients are added your Intake screen should look like this. Shown here are the amounts of each ingredient. It is important that you adhere to these amounts and kinds of ingredients. Failure to do so, will result in a grade reduction. (Note: I switched cannellini beans with kidney beans. They are nutritionally equivalent).

Step 3. Go to Reports to select various reports summarizing the nutrient content of this meal. The information in these reports will be used to analyse this meal both qualitatively and quantitatively. Once the NutritionCalc reports are generated, and before beginning your written report, analyze them to form an educated opinion of the nutritional merits of this meal. You are expected to extract the most relevant numerical data and present these in a table and/or graph which you will include in your report. (Note: The reports generated from NutritionCalc will only be included as appendices at the end of your report). Your report should include the following three sections: 1. An introduction. Introduce the topic of nutrition with a particular emphasis on macronutrients. State at the end of your introduction the objective (s) of your report.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
