Beucler uses to help his students remember basic science information. Mr. Beucler first had that class copy the notes he wrote on the board in the same format they are used to, repetition is key. He also had them think of questions, making them really think about what they were doing. He then did a demonstration for his class. Lastly, he had them do a lab where he helped explain further and gave them a chance to try and understand better. The demonstration and lab helps more visual learners have a better chance at understanding. Again, if you can recall how did the techniques from your middle school science class compare to those of Mr. Beucler? If you can't recall, do you think Mr. Beucler's techniques would have helped you remember information in middle school science class? Explain. The only techniques that I can compare is those of the demonstration and then doing the lab. Mr. Weaver and Mr. Beucler gave both classes a chance to see the experiment and actually try it on their own. I think the way Mr. Beucler did his experiment would help me remember, I am more of a visual learner, so seeing the experiment done and actually doing it myself helps me a lot because most times just reading the instructions or reactions does not work for me.
