Highperformance work practices also known as (HPW) can also be defined as the practices toimprove the organizational capacity in order to attract efficiently hire, select, develop as wellas retain the high performance of an individual. Therefore, a set of specific high performancework practices within the organization is very crucial for the high performance in the worksystem (Jeong and Shin, 2017). Various kinds of essential characteristic of high performanceare mention bellowed: Clear mission and goals:High performance work practices highlight the mission of goalthat naturally involves the purpose for the existence. Along with that, the HPW set aninterims goal regularly, which includes liable planning and implementation of significantdecisions or a strategy (Alsubaie, 2016). Therefore, the expectation clearly defines that theHWP exist only with strong sense of a purpose. This kind of expectation also involves certainfactors that are mention below:Ensuring whether the expectation is satisfactory communicated as well as efficient for theHPW or not. It ensures the understanding of a prospect by defining and implementing certain efficiencycommunication strategies, for the high performance work practices. By providing the essential resource support and motivation to the HPW, as well as ensuringthe realisation of an expectation. Open communication:The High performance work practices members enjoys the freedomin the workplace, communicate openly, shares or exchange different kinds of information, aswell as receive a constructive feedback in order to improve their performance better in work.

Throughthe help of employer engagement, it can benefit the HPW in various ways also help to focusin the employees more than the management side. High performance work is gaining thecentre attention in the organization and has a great impact as it target all the three elementswith a high commitment approaches (Warrick .D). The HPW will help to improve the workforce and increase the engagement of employees without having any negative impacts. It isrequired to synchronize every department of the company.
