Other issues include: A lack of visual information for people with hearing problems The complexity of public transport stations and systems Background noise which prevents the person from hearing auditory information cues Difficulty finding space for the storage of mobility aids Unhelpful and inconsiderate drivers of public transport

You may consider the following options: Arranging transportation via low floor buses and mini-vans Acting as a travel buddy and ensuring that the disabled person obtains the right tickets and travel information Establishing a transportation network, including friends and family members who the disabled individual can rely on Sharing rides with other members of the local community as a means of reducing travel costs
