Public relations is the organizations relationship with all of it publics and those publics relationship with the organization. Publicity is the main concept involving public relations and it’s a nonpaid form of communication. Organizations primarily want positive stories to show thatthey are reliable but sometimes it doesn’t work out that way. Negative publicity is still publicity and the attention from people still goes towards the sports organization. It’s not the best way to get the brand out there, but if a company can bounce back from negative talk, then they could potentially become successful. It’s divided into two separate departments: media relations and community relations. Media relations is concerned with maintain relationships with the media at a local, regional, and national level. This is where the company will gather up media members to provide a detail story about the sport organization. We will have a media team where they manage and set up press functions at events and ensure they have the resources to do their job. Then there's community relations where you attempt to get a favorable and strong relationship within the community surrounding the sports organization. Syolo will design and implement a program where we volunteer at local parks or clinics. We could even meet with the town mayor to get him to guest speak at a live event. Social media is the easiest way to get PR for the company. Every team, event, and player have a page on social media, and this allows our company to directly communicate with the community. We would post our live events telling everyone where it’s going to be held and the specifics.

MARKETING PLAN 15ImplementationAn organization needs to create an implementation plan to carry out task in order to have a successful company. Poor implementation plans have destroyed very many companies that had a potential of being successful. A task that we have decided that is extremely important to implement is creating brand awareness. We want to focus on brand awareness for the first two to three months because we feel like that this is a very important attribute to making us a successfulcompany. If your brand is not known then your chances of succeeding are slim, but on the other hand if your product is known then you will most likely be successful for years. Our advertising department is going to be responsible for when, how much, and where our brand name gets put in the public eye. Another task we want to focus on is generating our budgets. Generating budgets are extremely important because you can only do so much based on the amount of money your company has. As a company it is important to have a budget for certain things and sticking to that budget. For instance, having a set amount of money that can be spent on advertising is important because then you can figure out what you are really capable of doing, then based on how much you spend you can put more money somewhere else, or add money
