With the several challenges the company has faced with the EU in addition to a few concepts of business function such as privacy rights, intellectual prosperity rights, and employment requirements, Google LLC must devise a new business approach when attempting gain status as the top contender in the tech industry. As the company continues its conquest in becoming the number one tech giant in the world the company could face more issues than EU antitrust fines moving into the future, if the lack of communication, respect to ethical business practices, and business transparency within business operations continues. Yet if the company rebounds and restructures business representation and practice then the levy of scrutiny can subside, and the company can resurface as a positive contributor to the tech industry at large even within the EU.
