7 A large medical facility has been experiencing too many missed appointments in its primary care clinics. We evaluate the method and measured its effectiveness on how to get more patients to follow up on appointments in the future. We learned that text messages may aid in patients following up on appointments in the future and have based this on a month’s time which can be used in the future for evaluations. What would you like to add that could potentially aid in follow-up appointments and di you find this information useful what you have done differently? References
