organizations from weblogs, online articles and journals on the internet. I also designed a questionnaire to interview a sample population and analysis the surveyed data in real-life. For the primary research, I interviewed sample of 13 male and 13 female students of NSU. They were asked several multiple choice questions and few open questions. I tried to maintain a fair research by interviewing students of different departments, and of different years of studies. To attain a standardized primary research; I gathered the demographic information of the interviewees as well. I also included several interviewees who are professional debaters, hosts or public speakers; moreover, there were other interviewees who tend to have pessimistic thoughts about their own presentation abilities as well. To do the secondary research, I took assistance from the internet and assistance from few of my fellow seniors in order to collect relevant data and insights. I surfed through dependable websites with relevant journals, articles or weblogs that would help me prove my hypothesis. Depending on the credibility and relevance I included the information collected from the internet in my research paper. These sources have significantly helped me to reach to clear decisions over the subject matter.

A sample of twenty-six students of NSU was taken for the primary research, with a fifty-fifty distribution of male and female students, however I have not differentiated the data from the male and female students separately just to draw a general perspective of the overall sample as a whole. Another demographic fact was the year of study of the students/interviewees; this aspect is not presented in any graphs. A significant amount of the interviewees were in their second and third years of studies, several of them were in their graduate/final years. I also collected data from few first year students as well. One common factor of all the interview takers was that all of them have taken part in giving presentations and public speeches. Some were debaters so they could provide in depth information about giving a better presentation. Figure1: Self rating of interviewees on giving a speech/presentation in public The interviewees were asked what they think about themselves as being good at giving a speech/presentation in public (Figure.1). Majority of the survey takers are positive about being

neutral to good with themselves. Though girls tend to be more hesitant to think that they to be good enough. Three out of the four who rated themselves to be 5(Good) were regular hosts and debaters and only one out of the four was a male student. One interesting fact was that 11 out of all the 26 interviewees rated themselves to be 3(Average) and 6 of them rated themselves to be above average.
