both of them that Millie needs to complete the prescribed dose even if she is feeling better unless instructed by her doctor to discontinue. Millie and fred need to understand that they need to report any fevers, vaginal itching, sore throat, black furry tongue and loose foul smelling stool to her doctor (Skidmore-Roth, 2015, p.101). Mille also needs to know to stay out of the sunlight while taking Zithromax; photosensitivity can occur (Skidmore-Roth, 2015, p.101). 5) When calling the Doctor’s office I would inform them that Millie may need more assistance at home. Millie is an 83/yo female who was recently discharged from the hospital with pneumonia. She has a history of diabetes and CVA leaving her with left- sided weakness. Millie has been found to be spending time in a wheelchair and her affect is flat. I would recommend that the doctor’s refer Millie and Fred to a home health agency that can assist them with Millie’s medications and activities of daily living. I would also recommend that Millie and Fred look into meals on wheels. Another assessment should be performed in a few weeks to see how Millie is doing.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
