Others demanded a token to provide a full account of the condition they experience in the firms. Additionally, the workers have had no free time for the interview as the payment was according to the daily set amount of work for each employee. One month had already elapsed, and we had surveyed only two firms out of seven targeted firms. Time constraint became an issue thus a need for a way out to hasten the survey to meet the deadline. As the project manager, I had to come up with a strategy to see things work and completed within the set timeframe. compromising the authenticity of the data as the overall survey was completed on the 10th week. This means only two weeks for data analysis and writing of the report. The mitigation strategy used is that we gave tokens to some of the firm employees to get the details. As it was a must that each firm has to respond to the county that the survey group visited their farm plus a stamp. We collaborated with the firm officials by giving "gifts" so that we could be allowed entry into the farms and have time to interview with their workers. Within
