3) Risks identified in this business: The risks involved can be identified using a risk breakdown structure. Risks include anything unplanned and unforeseen that can have a negative impact on the project’s costs, timing or quality.RBS is an hierarchical representation of risks, starting from higher levels and going down to finer level risks. This is similar to the organization of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). For instance, at the top level you could split your risk into technical risk, management risk, scheduling risk and external risks (Level 1), then go on to finer levels such as design risks, funding risk etc (Level 2) and so on. You can keep subdividing the risks into deeper levels as long it makes sense.

The risks involved are shown in above image and detailed below. a) Time : There can be unavoidable delay in the schedules, force majeure (unavoidable accidents etc.), changes in requirement that can lead to increase in time and cost over-runs. b) People : Shortage of labor, skill deficiency is a major factor in current business scenario. It can affect the success of the business.
