The report should not exceed 10 pages (excluding cover page, appendices, and references). Important tables and graphs you employ to support your main analyses should be part of the report itself. Other tables and graphs can be included in appendices. Relevant references should be provided at the end of the report. The cover page of the report should clearly state the subject code and title, the name of the company selected, the names and IC numbers of all the team members, the date of submission (month & year will suffice), and the instructor’s name. You are required to submit a softcopy of your project report to me through email. The soft copy can be either WORD or pdf file. Each group is required to give a 15-20 minute (excluding short Q&A) preliminary presentation in class. Final presentation (13-18 minutes, excluding Q&A) will be held in

3 Korea to conclude your analysis and recommendation. All group members are required to take part in the presentation. Assessment & Evaluation The team project report and presentation carries 60% of the total marks for the course (20% for pre-trip presentation, 10% final presentation, and 30% for written report). Credit will be given for good analysis, quality content and rationale, creativity, good writing style, appealing report, and an interesting oral presentation. You can assume that I understand most basic concepts of accounting and finance and you need not describe irrelevant facts or information. Write to the point, and choose your words/sentences judiciously. A concise and well-thought analysis will earn you much more credit than a lengthy discourse. Academic Integrity All work is to be performed exclusively by the members of the team and all team members must contribute their fair share to the project. Unless I hear from you otherwise , I will assume that all members of your team are contributing their fair share to the project.
