Nouveau Event Planning aims to be a make sure the 25 th Anniversary of 2012 Wedding Extravaganza was the biggest and most successful show yet, regardless of the new competition. Conclusion: The wedding is largest wedding show in southwestern Ontario. Its values and core beliefs are aligned and translate into a realizable mission in the real world. 3-test: Feasible: Yes, the Wedding Extravaganza is the largest wedding show in southwestern Ontario already. It already has the staple exhibitors with positive reputation. Flexible: Yes, because the Wedding Extravaganza are able to arrange the show. Stretch: No, It is kind of difficult to do due to the Wedding Odyssey and other competition. 5 Exhibit 4: Business Strategy Value propositions: Brides can get an excellent opportunity to plan their wedding Brides can book the appointment from the exhibitors from the show It is good opportunity to win the prize such as “honeymoon” Attendances can enjoy the fashion shows Conclusion: There is a tight fit among the business strategy triangle. The business strategy is suitable for the Nouveau Event Planning before. However, the status of this company was being challenged by a competitor of Wedding Odyssey now.
